I was very impressed with the services I received. This was the second time I’ve used Zerorez, for my carpets, and first time I’ve ever had my vents all cleaned out. The young man was incredibly polite, told me everything he would be doing, he even helped me move a couple pieces of furniture out of the way for the vents to be cleaned. As for the carpets, he did so much better than the last guy!! The carpets look brand new!! He even picked up all the clumps of carpet fibers that happened (unlike the last guy). I am so impressed, I will definitely call Zerorez again!!!

Love my carpets! The tech was professional and got to work right away. Carpets were pretty weathered from 2 big dogs and lots of foot traffic for 7 years, now they look and smell new! Think I’ll do this every few years. Thanks guys!

I loved how clean and fresh smelling Ryan got my carpets! After assessing each room Ryan recommended an additive that really made a difference in how the carpets looked and smelled. Great job have used Zerorez for the few times and it turned out great

I pointed out a few spots and a couple of stains after he was finished and he told me it was the shadows causing that and they would disappear when the carpet dried. I can still see them.
It took alot longer to dry then you guys said. That’s the most important thing to me.
You came recommended to me by several people and I’m a bit disappointed.
