My family was SO impressed with the customer service and overall experience. The carpets and couches are looking back to NEW. We had a great time with our service provider (I feel terrible not remembering his name. I wrote it down but I cannot find it!) and cannot say enough nice things about him. He went above and beyond to describe everything, explain what the products/services did, and did an amazing job!

It actually draws out the drift and grime in the carpet. Not just sprays a chemical and rubs it in to the carpet.
Very professional and explained the process. It did take several days for the rugs to dry but so far they seem cleaner because there is no residue.
Do a follow up of how area looks after drying
It was my first time using your services and it went really well. The tech made sure to ask plenty of questions and informed me of the process so I knew what to expect before he even started. He also shared personal stories during the prepping process which was a nice conversation to have. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Maybe if I followed up, things would be all better. Nick, who did the cleaning, and Edwin who came back to work on spots, were both impressive workers. However, whatever you use as treatment for spots is substandard! Nobody wants to keep having someone come back trying different things on the spots! That's a nuisance and an intrusion. Just use something that works the first time!! I have NEVER had my carpets cleaned and had all the spots still be there the next day!!!
I do appreciate the promptness with which you dispatched Edwin to get the spots up in my family room before my company came. That was commendable!
