I love how my carpets look and smell after Zerorez has completed their service on my carpets.
That they were honest and quick and very informative they walked me through the process and let me see the before and after with black light
The technician was knowledgeable and upfront about expectations, thorough and friendly. He wasn't able to remove all of the stains but the carpet still looks great. This was our second time having zerorez clean and I would absolutely hire them again.

What I like the most about Zerorez is there’s never any smell during or after the service. When I called to make an appointment I wasn’t asked to wait on line, Roberto was friendly and very helpful! We had TC’s first snow the morning of our appointment but Zack, their technician, was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to add a cleaning of my furniture, and Zack almost cheerfully, looked over the pieces and gave me my new total which I approved. The work was done timely and there was no after smell! Zack did a great job of assessing the carpet well- dirtied areas and applied pretreatment. He was thorough, timely and truly invested in having clean carpet as the final product.

Great techs. Superior process. If you have synthetic strands ant ends of your area rugs, do not expect results. Process water on this area around wood floors is not a good idea. So the process is limited by this feature. Other than that, no complaints.
Harrison arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our staircase. He’s very courteous and considerate and cleaned everything in a very timely manner and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely hire zero-rez for future rug cleaning.

I like that they are clean and not chemical smelling - I like Zerorez and will choose Zerorez over all other cleaners I especially like the way each tech does the job and respects my privacy and my residence's carpets and furniture. This time Devyn came and cleaned my upholstery and considering the problem, I though he was very knowledgeable and good at his work.
Great service! Carpets look amazing and house is so much cleaner after having the vents cleaned. All this was done at a fair price will be using Zerorez for all my future carpet and vent cleaning needs.
