My only recommendation would be to be more careful with hoses as they can bring trash in or as tech walks in & out. I had my house deep cleaned prior to having the carpets done & I had to mop after the carpet cleaning.
I like many things about Zerorez. I like that they do not use chemicals and my carpets get amazingly clean. I also like that they are prompt and that I can get an appointment fairly soon after I call. I also like that most of the technicians I've used have gone the extra mile to make me happy! In fact this week Nathan deserves a 5-star for doing just that. I like that he suggested and used an odor treatment on my pet bed. I highly recommend the services of Zerorez.
I had my carpet and dryer vent cleaned in November. I liked that I got a texted saying that the Zerorez technician was on the way. He arrived on time. He introduced himself. His name was Nick. I showed him the areas that are to be cleaned and where the dryer was. He got right to work. When it came time for cleaning out the dryer vent, I had some questions. Nick took the time to answer them. He explained what he was going to do. I will request Nick for future cleanings.
We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday and as always a superior job. Look forward to the next time with confidence. I appreciate your specials as a senior, it helps..
The chemical(?) or cleaning solution used seem very good. Only thing I may suggest is to check the worker's shoes. He left many footprints on our tiles.

Have your tech wear booties in the customers home and not walk outside and back in the home with out clean shoes.

Super friendly and upfront tech. He was very honest about the possibility of not being able to remove some of the stains in my dining chairs. Everything came out except a couple small spots that are barely noticeable. Everything looks and smells clean without the overly soapy smell! The rep also told me about other services for my flooring that I didn’t think could be done and I will be getting my laminate floors done with Zerorez!!
