Cleaning process didn’t do quite the job I thought it would. Probably won’t use your services again!

Price was high for what was done. I had 14 steps cleaned and a room and a half for $170. She was there less than an hour. Stains are still visible, she failed to tell me the bottom of the stairs had water left on it which was tile and i slipped and fell almost hitting my head.. She told me my carpet would dry in about 6 hours but it took over 24hours for my stair carpet to dry. It also left a weird wet smell to my house. I had to blow fans just to try to make it dry faster. The lady was nice but didnt like the quality of work that was done. I could have done it myself and gotten the same results...

Didn’t spend much time cleaning my area rugs. I seen no change or difference when they were done and dry. For the amount of money charged I could have rented a cleaner and did it myself.

Technicians were knowledgeable of the process and technology. And very helpful. Paid attention to our requested areas for concentrated cleaning.

The end result wasn’t as good as I had hoped and the price was very high

We have tried several other cleaning companies over the years at this address. Haven’t been satisfied with any of them (some much worse than others). But we are very satisfied with our recent cleaning by Zerorez. The technician (Alex) was very friendly, and worked very hard to do the best job she could. Our carpets are now the best they have looked in years.

My carpets are only three and a half years old. They are well maintained. I brought in Zerorez because I wanted the recent dirty spots and high traffic areas cleaned up after my family just visited.
The technician said there would be wet carpet for six to eight hours. The carpets were wet for four days. Stairs faces were soaking wet until the very end.
The dirty spots I had asked to be cleaned are still dark and dirty.
The high traffic areas, front door entry, stairs, top of stairs and entry to office, are still dirty and dark.
I am very disappointed.
Not only was it very expensive but now I need to shampoo, spot clean and hire another cleaning company (more expense) to clean what should have been done the first time.
