They did a great job explaining things and showing me the areas that needed pet stain removal with the UV light. They were very quick and texted me to show what it looked like and when they were done so I could get errands done while they worked. The carpet is almost 14 years old and it looks fabulous after it was cleaned!!I'm very happy with the results.

The service was great. My carpets weren't damp at all, and dried very fast. The smell was clean not like chemicals.

I think Zerorez is the best cleaning company company the Tri-Cities has. I'm a native of the area and I've used many. They are exceptionaly hard workers, show up on time, do their best possible
job and leave you with the feeling of a clean,clean house. You just want them to come back!

The price is reasonable, service is great, and they stand behind their work. I tell my friends to use Zerorez.

Didn't appreciate how he tried to change the quoted price and when he realized what he was trying to calculate would be less then what I was quoted decided to just go with the quoted price.

I moved my own furniture and prevacuumed. As an able bodied person that was not a probablem, it sure could be for others. Many friends are seniors and would not be able to move their own furniture so I won't recommend Zerorez to them. The technition was punctual, professional, and did a good job of cleaning the designated areas.

I think they are very responsible in the products that they clean with and the way that they clean. The company goes out of their way to make sure that they can service your needs as best as they can and will make changes in their own schedules to accomodate you.
I was amazed how clean items were and the carpets were dry when Tyson left. They work so
diligantly to do the very best job they can. We've never had better service!!!

I liked the smell afterwards. We left the house so everything could dry out well, but the pleasant smell lingered for several hours.
At first we were a bit distraught at what appeared to be streaks left by the process, but we discovered that the streaks were simply the way the carpet fibers were laying and the streaks were easily "erased."
