Explanations of charges. I did not realize the cost of all of the services until after it was done. I would not have agreed to some of the additional treatments had I known the cost.
Tyson was more than helpful, polite, and a very nice young man.
Your website needs to be more specific about the "per duct" fee, not 1 fee for cleaning all the ducts. I was shocked by the amount (double what I had budgeted) but Tyson was kind enough to work with us on that.

Eliminate or decrease added cost for chemicals that treat pet urine. People have carpets cleaned because they are dirty, to add an additional cost to clean dirty carpets seems shady. I would recommend you, but I would warn them not to let you double the cost with you nifty black lights and fancy chemicals.
It got our rug cleaner than any other companies we have hired. Polite employee. Quick , yet very conscientious. Our rug was very dirty. He did a good job.!

The product works!! I had some very nasty stains that were successfully removed! Tyson was very personable and professional. He explained the process and I saw the results. Nice job. After using many other carpet cleaning companies, I've found one that really does what it says. And the price was comparable to the other services. Zerorez is going to give them a "run for their money". They need to watch out, there's a better option in town!
Your tech some what vacuumed the floor but left a lot of debri on baseboards and tracked about. Also a little more care of dragging hoses a round corners as well as a cross furniture would be helpful. And lastly I now have a nice ding on my kitchen wall about the diameter of a dime from him dropping something.

When i called you gave me a price of $4 a step and $20 for a 6x9 closet. Tyson told us it wasn't worth cleaning the closet because of cat urine. So we had 14 steps which is $56 dollars and no closet. Then Tyron tells us there is a minimum charge of $88 dollars, no one at the office told us this. So we payed $88 dollars for 20 minutes. You should really tell people you have a minimum charge. Name removed
