Sales rep was good to work with, process was easy, finished product was nice.

Service was prompt. When given a window of time I was prepared to be waiting. Not only was he right on time but I was notified about 15 min ahead of his arrival!! I loved that. The young man was pleasant and efficient. He was friendly, engaging me in conversation but not to the interruption of his task at hand. I was kept informed at each step and there was never pressure to add any other service, which, by the way, I did select.

Our carpet looks amazing!! This is the best carpet cleaning we have had in three years!! Your tech was very polite, explained the procedures, listened to my concerns and spent over an hour working on the carpet. We will certainly call again to schedule further cleanings. Thank you so much!!

I think this has been the best carpet cleaning I have had. It lightened the traffic areas and looks very good.

The person I scheduled with said they would call before the tech came out, but no one called before he showed up. Don't tell me you will call first if you are not going to. If you tell me you are going to do something then do it!! While I understand the door needs to be open for the hoses to come into the house, but the door does not need to be completely open. Close it as much as possible!!! While my carpet was absolutely filthy, I was expecting it to be cleaner than it was. After he left I cleaned some spots with chemical cleaner and they came out. I do feel like the tech did a great job, but that some of the spots just couldn't come out without some chemical help.

Wow he got out a red stain that had been in my family room through two other cleanings and he got out the rust and coffee stains I called him to clean - all with no harsh chemicals. Plus he was on-time, friendly and professional. I will definitely refer Zeroez to my friends.

We had milk spilled on the carpet and did not want to have it sit so long that it would creat bacteria and smell. We cleaned it out the best we could and called Zerorez. We had just had carpets cleaned by Zerorez and were happy with the results. They squeezed us in that same day. Thanks

Don't really care for the message center. I prefer to contact the service provider myself. We called for a follow up service a couple days after the initial service was provided. Never received a callback and nobody stopped by. Otherwise it's worth paying a little extra for the cleaning services provided.
