I think the carpets turned out great, especially given the age of the carpets, even better than other companies' performance. I definitely would recommend Zerorez for the carpets and did give them an 8. As to the furniture, Darren came back to redo the sectional because of a persistent doggy odor problem even after being cleaned. However, the odor still remains. For upholstery I prefer the soap extraction method. I didn't have that odor issue afterward rather a fresh scent.

He identified 3 areas where my pets had accidents and made appropriate recommendations in performing a sub floor extraction. I am so pleased to have followed the recommendation. Charged a lot for pet stain cleaning if would have chose to we could of replaced carpet for same price, tried getting you to purchase every service you provide and customer only wanted one service, forgot to clean a closet and Blamed it on customer when it was discussed in walk through to clean.

To make service better I would recommend pet cleaning be apart of regular carpet cleaning cost, not try and sell every service, not blame customer when it's not their fault.
