How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The chairs are a big disappointment--they still look dirty in specific spots. Don't know if it is the material or what. The rugs look great--they look like new!! The service was also very good.

Good job was done. However, we did want an estimate on cost of getting a deep clean on our counter tops and that was not done. So, possibly that can be done some time

What do you like about our products and services?

I felt at ease w Rbt ... he offered/suggested items that were avail to me - without pressuring/upselling.
We have over 40 properties in Kennewick (our families homes and rental properties) and we are always wanting to have business' that we can feel confident in suggesting.

Good cleaning, very fresh smell after the carpets are cleaned, no chemical odor. Cannot wait to get one of my oriental rugs back rom cleaning. The service is great. Tyson is very responsible and personable.

Carpets look great again! I like that the spaces are clean and safe for our baby to crawl on. There were no chemical smells and the floors were dried fairly quickly. The technicians were personable and efficient. We will definitely recommend Zerorez and use again!

I like how long the carpets stay clean with every day living. This is the second time I used Zero Rez and the person was also very professional, careful, and friendly. I am very satisfied with the service and the results of the carpets!

Tyson and Robert did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. I like that soaps were not used. Carpet looks brand new.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was friendly and quick. I couldn't stay at the house so I trusted he'd lock up behind himself. He did so and gave me a call to confirm he was done clean as well as the process of locking up my home.
