No chemical smell or feel. Very clean carpets and furniture.

Carpet looks great. There had been black spots on the carpet that others have tried to remove and they were gone for 2 days. It has now been a week and the spots are still gone.

Tyson Chapman was very informative, fast, and efficient. I do wish he could have worn some kind of booties on his shoes. We had his shoe prints on our wood floor and had a hard time cleaning them - other than that it was a very positive experience and I have and will recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

I was very surprised at the cost, double what I have paid in the past. I do think my carpet looks cleaner and love the fact that they were pretty dry that evening I am disappointed with the urine treatment. It was over $200 & frankly the areas treated don't smell much better.
I had such a great experience with zerorez. I was able to get an appointment immediately, service was great, and my carpets came out clean. Exactly what I was looking for.
