The carpets are not left soaking wet. You don't use soaps and chemicals.

I loved loved the online booking feature! It's handy to be able to pick a convenient day that works for me off of a calendar! I loved how personable the guys are, and the fact that Kyle helped me figure out how often I should be having my carpets shampooed, and educated me on some other services I'd asked about like upholstery cleaning and the protectant for the carpets too! I'm trying to protect the investment of my new carpet, I felt like the sales pitches were quality products, and education driven which was much appreciated. Most of all I liked how my carpets looked and felt afterwards! In the past I have had other companies shampoo them for me, and they were almost like crusty afterwards! With your guys's service they look and feel brand new! Thanks again for a quality experience!

Love the zero stink Tyson sold us. We had our carpet cleaned and later that night my dog got sick on the nice clean carpet and I cleaned it up right away with it. Tyson was very knowledgeable and straight forward with us. I will use zerorez in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family!
