Robert was very professional and did a great job explaining the products and services that Zerorez had and how they would help us with the puppy urine spots on the carpet. He also sold us a bottle of Zero Stink and explained how to use it if the puppy has another accident.
I like that the gentleman was very honest, easy to work with, and everything seems clean and smells fresh as of today.
The pet treatment and next day service!
The carpet looked terrible and I honestly thought it would need to be replaced, but the tech got all the spills and dirt out of it and saved me from getting new carpet.
