Charged a lot for pet stain cleaning if would have chose to we could of replaced carpet for same price, tried getting you to purchase every service you provide and customer only wanted one service, forgot to clean a closet and Blamed it on customer when it was discussed in walk through to clean.
To make service better I would recommend pet cleaning be apart of regular carpet cleaning cost, not try and sell every service, not blame customer when it's not their fault.
no soap used, felt very clean to walk on after. Spots didn't re-appear after carpets dried. Darren was a kind man
Technician should have been more familiar with products like Nature's Miracle, rather than only versed in Zerorez speak/products. Also don't care for the pricing structure if there is a stain. Having to treat an entire room for "surface" is unreasonable and sounds like a scam.
I love how Zerorez was able to come in and get a stain out of my carpets. It had been there a long time and now it is gone. I love how my carpets were not drenched with water. They dried so fast. The service tech guy was friendly and did a great job. I will tell everyone about zerorez. Thanks to 98.3 the Key for the good commercials that advertised.
The carpets seemed to take a long time to dry. We thought that a short drying time was supposed to be one of the benefits to using Zerorez. So for us it didn't seem different than any other process. I will say that the guys that did the job were very friendly and cordial.
The technicians were great and they did everything they could to provide excellent service, having me check on them and verify that I wanted them to do certain things before they dud it. Excellent service plus an excellent result, I was very happy!
That rug cleaning is "green" and doesn't use soap and chemicals.

The person who cleaned the carpet took the time to explained what he was doing and was very thorough. The carpet did not have any sticky residue and looks new again! !! Highly recommend Zerorez!
The cost was way more than I bargained for. I don't feel that the quality of the service and the end result are worth what I paid. There are already stains showing back up in the same spots. While I understand that our carpet was very dirty, it was not cleaned as well as I feel it should have been for what I paid. The tech was nice, but more concerned in showing me what his black light found tham removing the obvious spots. He was so concerned to show me the underlying spots but when finished didn't even show me that they were gone. I paid extra for the special treatment of the padding but for all I know the spots may still be there.
Personnel were confident about the quality of their product, efficient and mannerly in their work. Our carpet dried more quickly than with other cleaning systems and looked good. I will definitely consider Zerorez for future cleaning services.

A little disappointed that some of the carpet did not come as clean as we would have liked.
Just didnt clean much better than the other guys. Maybe it will last long just have to wait and see.
Reasonable, quick, effective. After the worst renters I've ever had, I didn't think I'd ever see the original grout colors. But I did. Good job. Thanks.

No harsh chemicals......I am disabled and you were able to do my apartment on my budget. It looked better than when I moved in. Your rep was very polite and didnt try to upsell me on anything. I will have you guys out to clean the grout in my new house.

We spent money on having a carpet cleaned and had animal stains treated but after the cleaning the carpet smelled terrible. When the technician came back he said we would need 13 x 65$ to get it fixed. So we would have had to spend 1000 dollars to get it cleaned. Your customer service is excellent but very disappointed to have paid 150 dollars to clean a carpet then throw it away.
