What could we do to improve?

i emptied the bottom of the closets in the bedrooms since the carpet went to the wall, i left the closets open and the carpet inside the closets were not cleaned.

The service person arrived on time and was very professional. I was surprised at how quickly he was done since he cleaned several large carpet areas, a sofa, chair and cleaned out my furnace ducts. My carpets haven't looked this good since they were new.

Your reps are very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The special products really do the job! I raise Australian Labradoodle puppies so there were some difficult SPOTS! Your rep and your products are terrific. Thank you for making all my carpets look like new.

Robert was very professional and did a great job explaining the products and services that Zerorez had and how they would help us with the puppy urine spots on the carpet. He also sold us a bottle of Zero Stink and explained how to use it if the puppy has another accident.
