The test strip of my kitchen floor was impeccable. However, the rest of the kitchen tile floor was not cleaned to the same degree as the sample area. I would like to request a second cleaning, perhaps allowing the product a longer time on the grout.

They cleaned the carpet in the office Friday night at 9pm and this morning it looks terriable. As the day went along the dirt showed up more and more. not real happy with the cleaning job.

The carpets were not soaked and the fragrance was pleasantly mild. I liked how the employee looked for stains before he started to work and inquired as to my knowledge of any pet stains. The cleaning was well done.

Your technician could have spent more time on the high traffic areas and stairs because they still look dirty. the best looking spot is by the kitchen and I asked him to make multiple swipes in that area and that looks good.

It was a great experience. The company was fantastic with communication. Calls and emails kept me informed along the way. Their service tech Robert showed up on time and was professional and thorough. My carpets are clean and I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend Zerorez.

A few hours after Tyson left my home, my neighbor came over and asked if she could see the carpet. She knew the folks I bought my home from and knew the general condition of the carpet. Not great, but not so bad that it HAS to be replaced ASAP. After she came in, she was shocked that the carpet wasn't "smelly" and "crunchy" to the touch. She then had me go over to her place and she told me that they'd had another company come out and do their carpet. After comparing the two, so happy I chose Zerorez!

I wanted them to come as quickly as possible . We scheduled the first available appt. but the next day there was a cancellation and the scheduler remembered my first request and called me back so I could have an earlier appt. I appreciated that. The technician was professional in appearance; that's a BIG deal to me when people I don't know come into my home. Robert knew his service, what would be best for my home and was efficient in doing his job so we could get on with our day. The carpet and couch both look great, plus the odor is gone.

I have had my carpets cleaned several times and within a couple of weeks they look as though they had never been cleaned. Zerorez did an amazing job and my carpets still look beautiful three weeks later. The technician was very professional and knowledgable. I will definitely use Zerorez next time I clean my carpets.

I couldn't really tell a difference. The stains are still there and the carpet feels crunchy.

I have used Zerorez several times and never had a bad experience, this visit was a little different. I think you may need to improve on your web site appointment scheduling as my appointment, although scheduled was over booked with some one else. it ended up working out okay so I am still very satisfied, and my cleaner did a really good job, but perhaps it would help others if you could improve the internet scheduling portion of the site
