Carpet turned out really nice. Edwin was awesome & would like him to return the next time we use your services.
Also we really like the zero stink spray & would like to purchase another bottle or it.
Overall, great service. We had a stain (dog vomit)that he thought came clean, but it did not come out completely (we were not surprised...we had worked on it ourselves. A couple of other stains that I wasn't aware of became more pronounced once carpet was cleaned.
Quick drying and not smelly--service is efficient and friendly.
Carpet looked fine for a few days, now the spots are returning.
Reminder day before, called 15 minutes prior to arrival, clean/friendly technician....and didn't even wake up my sleeping toddler.

I just didn't feel like the carpet got clean. There were spots left over and clear demarcation of where the couches were (lighter/cleaner) meaning that there was a lot of dirt left in the carpet. I've never had there be that much dark areas left after carpet cleaning. To be fair this is the first time I have had these carpets cleaned in this new house. I'm basing my experience on other carpet cleaners on different carpet in my previous home. It also took much longer to dry than the 4 hours the tech told my husband, I felt it was still slightly damp even the evening after which prevented us from putting the furniture back as soon as we would have liked.

I liked the technician and his explanation of services and the "no pressure" to purchase them. The carpets look fantastic as well!
Fast scheduling, prompt, friendly technician, and quick service! Local office was great to work with, and easy to get hold of with questions.
Shorten the estimate of arrival time from a 4 hour window to a 2 hour window. As a busy professional, mom, and wife, carving out a 4hour window which doesn't include the time it takes to complete the service is too much. Even if zerorez arrives earlier than 4 hours, you don't know that until they arrive yet you had to account for it when planning out your day. I wanted to try zerorez with all the advertisements I was hearing, however almost didn't use zerorez for this reason. When I scheduled online, it indicated a 2 hour window, later in an email and follow up voice message it turned into a 4 hour window. Other than that, I am pleased with how my carpets have turn out.
Quick response when I call to schedule. I like the fact that no chemicals are used. The technicians are always friendly and professional.
The tech was great. He arrived on time and went straight to work after doing our walk thru. He didn't let my grandkids bother him. He was done quicker than he said he would be. My carpets not only look good, but they feel great to walk on bare foot. Thank you Zerorez and David.

More time needs to be applied to each room.my flooring is new and not dirty.just needed stretched for warranty.I have some areas that I am not happy with outcome. Your workers are very nice and and responsible.you just never know till it dries.I will still hire you,but will control the service better. I have had worse in tri cities.

We have a new baby so I love the fact that you don't use chemicals that will harm him The service technician was dressed very nice and ready for work when he got here The carpets came out very good and were dry in about four hours with other companies that we have tried carpets have taken a day two days to dry we would more than like to have the same technician in the future as for we do this about every six months it definitely shows that quality is your number one priority

Seemed to do a great job...there is one dark spot by the door that might have been missed. Spot was bigger, but about a 6"x12" slightly darker area still remains. Rest of the carpet looks great...all other stains came out. Technician was professional and competent. A nice young man. I will certainly recommend your services to friends and family.
