We have a new baby so I love the fact that you don't use chemicals that will harm him The service technician was dressed very nice and ready for work when he got here The carpets came out very good and were dry in about four hours with other companies that we have tried carpets have taken a day two days to dry we would more than like to have the same technician in the future as for we do this about every six months it definitely shows that quality is your number one priority
On time, professional, friendly, extra helpful. The gentleman did an excellent job and the carpet (20 years old) looks almost new again! Thanks.

There were areas that remained dirty after the process had dried. I expected a better result given the $340 cost for the work done. In general it cam out well but there are a few areas that did not.

The products that you used to clean our 30 year old braided rug, left no residue t all. It looks beautiful and smells clean. The service that we received was exceptionally good, very nice people and well informed. I needed it to be done in 1 week and a rush was put on it. They delivered it exactly as they said they would and I will definately recommend them in the future.

Dave was on time, very courteous, explained the products and estimated cost. My rooms do not smell at all! The product does not leave a fragrance. And the price was right.
In my living room there were stains that I thought would never come out, being in a 2 year old house this was very disappointing. Zerorez was my last hope before I was going to put in wood flooring. They came and did a amazing job in getting the stains out. It looks so new again, aside from normal wear, plus you could feel that the carpet was clean and very soft. Zerorez saved me and my carpet. I will definitely be using zerorez again! :D
They were very efficient, and we're on time. Actually about a half hour early.

The techs were fantastic, informational, courteous and professional. Work was done timely, price point was great and carpets look as best as could be expected. Only downside is we couldn't walk on carpets at all last night without white socks getting damp. It has now been 24 hours (appointment commenced at 3:30 pm) and there are still a few damp spots. In hindsight, I would have waited for an early morning appointment had I realized it would take so long to dry. I won't hesitate to use Zerorez in the future.
The man was very responsible, timely and is a hard worker. I have asthma and the cleaning did not increase my asthma problems. The carpet is very clean and it was done for a reasonable price.
Our Service Tech Edwin was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing. He also mentioned other types of services that zerorez offers. One being the cleaning of the ducting system in my home, which I included along with getting my carpets cleaned. Edwin has a dynamic personally and it was a pleasure doing business with him.
