We have attempted to contact you regarding an area of the carpet that does not appear to come as clean as the rest of it. The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very friendly and efficient but for some reason that one particular portion of the carpet did not come as clean as the others. Thanks

Appt was for 4 pm, after 30 minutes I called to find out why no one showed up and was told I would get a call right back. After 45 minutes I called and left a message that I was leaving the residence and someone should call me within at least a 15 min window. At 6:45 pm I was told the representative would be there at 7 pm. The representative should up at 7:20. I had requested carpet cleaning and sealing of my granite. The representative did not know how to seal the granite and was not aware of the request. I was charged $99 for 3 rooms plus $44 for a fourth room but afterwards I think I saw an newspaper add of an advertised special for July of 4 rooms for $129. The rugs look good but not any better than I have had from other services at other locations. The effort to reach someone by phone required at least a 10-15 min wait.
Master bedroom carpet did not come clean - technician said it was best he could do - I rented a shampoo machine the next day and got it to clean up. Carpet was less than 2 years old and this was its first cleaning - very disappointed. Remainder of carpets and couch cleaning was fine.

Edwin did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I appreciate the protectors he placed on the corners of my walls to prevent the cord from rubbing; not all companies do this.

Clean like nothing else we've ever tried
The service cleaned our carpets to our satisfaction and was done by a very professional, friendly young man.
Well, it cleaned up pretty good. Still a shadow on the most frequently used areas. My suggestion for a future cleaning is to leave the initial solution on longer and put more into really soiled areas. Your guy was a determined worker, but if he would have let the enzyme solution sit longer, there would have been a much better result.
The appearance of my carpet looks good but, there is an odor that hasn't gone away. Not pet odor but small child that got sick. I wish you had something to remove that odor.
