They are very professional and got the job done quickly. The carpets looked great.
Basically every spot is back. We were charged extra for treatments for our pet stains and it didn't work. Literally the carpet is almost as bad as it was $300 ago. Now we will try another company. No I wouldn't recommend this company.
I will not recommend your services, i have already posted on Instagram and facebook. I let my family and friends no that your quality of services are not as advertised. Reka is a liar

The technician that performed the work did a really great job. He was friendly and went above board to please me. He was late to our appointment due to the previous job which took a lot longer than expected. So he accommodated me by doing the living room first and setting up fans to dry it faster.
Prompt service and the Techs are very cautious.

I really like the way the carpets are cleaned. The process is very thorough and the carpets are visibly much improved. The person cleaning the carpets was very friendly, thorough, and explained the cleaning process in detail.
Ivan was a great technician who was knowledable and very conscious about providing the best service possible.
Well I like the service-however $45 for the animal treatment is a little excessive in price and actually cost you my $109 sofa cleaning because the odor was more important. It would be good to know up front and the treatment a little less expensive. Otherwise service and gentleman who came was awesome!

We sent our oriental carpets off for cleaning and they came back yesterday. They look nice, BUT the gentleman who took them said someone would call us about the cost of repair on one of them and no one ever did and the repair was not done. I was a little disappointed.
David Marsh was great! He explained the process of the cleaning and the importance of taking time in order to have satisfied customers.

We have 6 year old carpeting that has seen way too many pet stains. We hope to replace it soon, but wanted it as clean as possible. I didn't want any "extras" and signed a waiver that I understood that without the extra treatment there might be residual smells. I was very pleased with the outcome and will call on Zerorez again. It is much cleaner and the appearance much better than it was. i didn't feel any pressure to spend more money than I could afford. I appreciate that!

I have used zerorez in both my home and 4-plex unit. They are always very easy to work with and do an amazing job! I recommend them to everyone!
Quality and service were outstanding from start to finish.
Carpet was still dirty. My carpet cleaner that I have at home does a better job. Had to keep telling tech that areas weren't clean. Very disappointed I have to now go back over areas myself and clean when I paid your company to do. Wouldn't use or recommend again.
