The service cleaned our carpets to our satisfaction and was done by a very professional, friendly young man.

What could we do to improve?

Well, it cleaned up pretty good. Still a shadow on the most frequently used areas. My suggestion for a future cleaning is to leave the initial solution on longer and put more into really soiled areas. Your guy was a determined worker, but if he would have let the enzyme solution sit longer, there would have been a much better result.

What could we do to improve?

The appearance of my carpet looks good but, there is an odor that hasn't gone away. Not pet odor but small child that got sick. I wish you had something to remove that odor.

Both service guys that came out did a great job, very friendly, and efficient. Our living room carpet has some wear issues, but they did what they could to make it look presentable to put the house on the market.

Edwin was very professional and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do before he started. He also pointed out problem areas with pets. The carpet even tho its about 6 years old and has had a lot of traffic, he got it looking really good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

While i thought the technician was a nice person, he did not do a quality job. He told me that he had spent the night before in the hospital and was "off his game". The spots are returning and the animal smell is back. He did not do a quality job. We left for vacation the day after he did the work and just got back recently. I am not happy. With all of the hype on the radio, I expected more.

Your associate was friendly and nice. So far the product seems to work. Looks like it removed the stains. The carpet seems a little stiff but maybe as a few more days go by it will soften up a bit.

I picked three available times on the website, but never heard which one fit their schedule until 30 minutes before the guy showed up. Me and my little girls had to scramble to get things moved out of the rooms.
