I like that I don't feel a residue after my carpets are cleaned.

No fragrances are used which means a lot to our family. We have always be able to schedule quick bookings. Serviced by friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff and techs. We receive calls to confirm tech is on their way to our appointment which is reassuring.
Fortunately they stand by their service and made every effort to return promptly when we had a concern - which was resolved at no charge.
We will call Zerorez again and recommend the service to others.

The service was friendly and fast. After the service I finally felt like my house was clean! I loved being able to walk on a dry carpet only a couple hours later. Thank you for a job well done!
Gave an estimate on the phone for a certain price after describing all of the rooms that were to be done. After workers showed up the estimate jumped up $180. $80 were of upgrades due to pet treatment etc but still $100 more than what was said over phone. Worker had to check and see if this was acceptable and adjusted price but just felt like a scam since I had to haggle it down even after getting price quote on phone. It was unacceptable.
We are pleased that you sent someone to work on an area and explained to us why it turned out the way it did. After he left I've noticed a few other areas that needed attention. To me my carpet looks as though we really do need to have our carpets cleaned. We do not have children living at home so we can't blame those areas on that factor.
The cleaning process was so fast and so was the drying! Will definitely use zerorez again. Thank you!

The carpet was soaking wet when I arrived back home. Took more than 24 hours for them to dry. Called the local office and they said there may have been a problem with their extractor. Took off one room charge.
