Quality and customer service
Seems very thorough and specific to our needs. Our service person was very polite and explained everything and made reasonable recommendations.
There was a mix up about the time of my original appointment. I had scheduled it for 8am and that day they called and said they wouldn't be there until close to 2. It's very frustrating when you have other obligations. But they we're willing to reschedule and did a good job.
Came at a time that was convenient for me and the technician was outstanding. He took the time to fully identify the issues and make a plan to treat the carpet properly.

I was able to get an appointment within the time frame I requested. The technician arrived promptly, was very personable and thorough. We had to have him come back the next day to check a spot that came up thru the carpet, which he corrected quickly. We're happy with the service so far.
Not to add on services... could of cleaned walk in closet since wasn't doing the whole room.. queen bed in the middle of room...

I paid 120 for a smaller apt which i thought was a fair price. There was 3 deeper stains that they said required more attention to get out. I said that was fine. I just cant believe it cost me another 120 for 3 stains. Was also gonna cost me over 400 to get out some stains that he saw under a UV light. Crazy pricing. I dont know a whole lot about carpet cleaning pricing and maybe thats how all places are but that just seems like a lot

He explained everything about how the carpet would be cleaned etc. He also told me about the other services that Zerorez does besides carpet cleaning and answered all my questions. I was very impressed and would highly recommend the company to friends and relatives.

Very professional on time and the carpets came clean just like he explained.
For the amount of money I spent there could of been better results on my carpets. Some the stains came right back after a couple of days. After the Guys got done the carpets looked great but after it all dried some spots came right back as if nothing was even done at all.

great friendly help, and carpets looked bran new
Being that it's been 24 hours since the technician left, we can still go into the rooms and smell the pee smell that we asked him to get rid of. We paid over $100 more for the pee treatment to get the pee stains gone from our puppy , which we no longer have, and waking up-walking into my sons room and still smelling that stench was extremely disappointing. I feel like we will probably keep trying carpet cleaners until we find the perfect one. You are the second company we have tried so we will just keep trying new companies until it meets our expectations. We've heard so much about zero Rez over the internet I didn't think we would have any problems. Everything else was fine but like I said for spending over $100 more to remove pee stains, it's just disappointing to still smell the pee. Now I'm off to Walmart to rent a rug doctor and pay more money just to get the smell gone. Extremely disappointed.
