My carpet looks really nice. I do have small fans running in each room to help out but I expected to do that. The young men that did the labor were informative, friendly, and worked very hard. I thought time window was 10-2, but reminder call the day before said 8-10. This caused some re-planning to move furniture the night before. It would be good if we could schedule on line and lock in time slot.
I like that the carpet dries a lot faster compared to other companies. I also liked that the carpet cleaner protected his shoes while cleaning the carpet.

Great customers service and awesome finished product.
Ivan was on time, professional, very polite and easy to work with. When I asked how the cleaning process worked, he explained the procedure completely.
After each room, he was sure to point out the work he had performed and made sure we were satisfied and happy. Ivan worked quickly but was thorough.
He also explained additional services that would benefit the protection of the carpet without making me feel like I was being pressured.
We like the idea that the carpet was being cleaned without chemicals or residue left behind.
