The technician was great. He was personable and worked thoroughly. Granted, the carpet he was cleaning was in bad shape. The house had been a rental and the carpet he was cleaning had pet stains in it. The carpet itself looks much better. However I paid the extra charge for treating the pet urine.At fist it seemed as if it worked well, however, within a few days the urine smell was back.
He also cleaned a chair for me and it looks wonderful. I am pleased with that.
It was a very thorough cleaning and it was not damp or wet and was totally dry within under 2 hours. Great Job I will definitely recommend your service to anyone I may know that is thinking of getting there carpets or upholstery cleaned. Thanks

My husband First name removed had 3 rooms cleaned and you did a good job so I called for 3 more rooms. First I was told I would be notified 1/2 hour before someone came, my call was 5 minutes before he was here. Showed Ivan the 3 rooms, one was walkway around a bed, one was a room with furniture on outer edges and last was an empty room that was stained badly, some of it may have been from a dog. I was told I needed to pay and extra $45 for treatment to get rid of smell, although he said he couldn't smell anything. I okayed that and was talked into buying a bottle of what I thought was cleaner which was actually to remove smell which I will not use. He asked First name removed to turn on outside water and told him it was not going to freeze again so it would be ok, really did not want to do it. Ivan started on the rooms, walking in and out of house in his street shoes, no booties, and left tracks all over hardwood floors. He told me the rooms would dry in 2-4 hours. He arrived at 10:30 and left by noon and said to open windows and turn on ceiling fans. I went into each room to do that and was wearing socks that became soaked by two steps into the room. He assured me it would be dry in 4 hours since I had area rugs to put down in two rooms. At 4 pm I went to check on rooms and close windows since it was a cool day. Rugs were still soggy. I called and was told he would come back out with fans to dry it. After repeated calls saying last job was taking longer than expected and he would come in with hoses to suck up any moisture and fans to dry it he showed up about 7 pm. He had one fan in his hand and went upstairs and kept telling me it was dry with no booties again walking on wet carpet and tracking on wood floors. He finally put one fan in 1 spot for about 10 minutes, meanwhile my socks were wet again. The carpets were fully dry on Friday, they were cleaned supposedly on Monday. Almost all of the dirty spots came back and I had to clean spots that would not be under the area rugs and managed to get them clean. The smell of the spray to remove the odor that was not there was so overpowering that I had to open the window everyday to air it out, it smelled like I had dumped a case of lemon pledge in there and didn't clean it up.I never heard any water trickling down the hose like it was sucked upI had asked about duct cleaning and said he could do it as soon as carpet was done and called someone and he said he was booked for the day and some one would call the next day to make an appointment, no one ever did. I was very unhappy with the cleaning and how dirty it still was and the amount of time it took to dry. Your $99 for 3 rooms cost me $169 for a shoddy job. The first person that came out here actually got a dirty area cleaned up and the carpets were totally dry by the next morning. Will I call you again or recommend you, no I will not. When I made my appointment I was not informed that there's an additional $25 charge if you think any one of the 3 rooms are oversize. That information should be made clear when the appointment is scheduled.
My technician was prompt, thorough, friendly and just all around great. My carpets are clean and my upholsted chair looks new again!
Excellent service and results
After having wonderful results on previously cleanings, there are brown streaks in the carpet in one room where (I think) a table was dragged over wet carpet. I don't know how to get them out and am afraid to try for fear I will set the stains. I need to ask someone at the office.
I scheduled a cleaning for my sectional and was asked to sign a waiver because my back cushions are not attached and tech had a difficult time cleaning because of that. Not his fault. He did his best but that should have been mentioned before I spent nearly $200 on a cleaning I could have done almost as well myself. Not impressed with the furniture cleaning part of your business but still satisfied/happy with the carpet cleaning.

My carpets were amazing after they cleaned them. Not only were they the cleanest I've ever seen a them in 25 years but they smelled good compared to previous cleanings by other places.
The guy that came to my house last didn't put up the corner bumpers to protect from scratches and didn't wear show covers
It leaves my carpet clean with no residue or sticky feeling like other carpet cleaning businesses I have had in the past and tecnition was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
