When I made my appointment I was not informed that there's an additional $25 charge if you think any one of the 3 rooms are oversize. That information should be made clear when the appointment is scheduled.

My technician was prompt, thorough, friendly and just all around great. My carpets are clean and my upholsted chair looks new again!

Excellent service and results

After having wonderful results on previously cleanings, there are brown streaks in the carpet in one room where (I think) a table was dragged over wet carpet. I don't know how to get them out and am afraid to try for fear I will set the stains. I need to ask someone at the office.

I scheduled a cleaning for my sectional and was asked to sign a waiver because my back cushions are not attached and tech had a difficult time cleaning because of that. Not his fault. He did his best but that should have been mentioned before I spent nearly $200 on a cleaning I could have done almost as well myself. Not impressed with the furniture cleaning part of your business but still satisfied/happy with the carpet cleaning.

My carpets were amazing after they cleaned them. Not only were they the cleanest I've ever seen a them in 25 years but they smelled good compared to previous cleanings by other places.

The guy that came to my house last didn't put up the corner bumpers to protect from scratches and didn't wear show covers

It leaves my carpet clean with no residue or sticky feeling like other carpet cleaning businesses I have had in the past and tecnition was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

I like the fact that the cleaning guy told me about the company and what they do before he started working. He was pleasant and courteous. With never having our carpets professionally cleaned since we moved in 3 years ago,the outcome was better than expected.

Friendly, timely, organized...exoakined the work, confirmed the price and he was very concerned about verifying I knew what the final price would be before starting. Told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours and it did. He cleaned up along the way and worked out some spots as well. Very thorough. Would use again for sure...not too mention they clean with water only so no wired or unknown chemicals.

You were able to get the juice stains out of the carpet in front of the altar at our church, as well as some others. Thank you so mcuh.

One thing I look for is customer service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I felt the tech new what was talking about and not just trying to sale me something. They did a great job at cleaning the carpets in my home. My wife was very pleased with with the job they did.

I appreciate that this was a "better" way to clean. John did an amazing job at my Mom's house that had some bad pet stains. I don't think any other system could have done what zerorez did. Thanks

Dave was very nice and worked hard. He got things out of the carpet that we had been trying to get out for years.

I liked David he was friendly, but I was disappointed with some of the spots that I know were just food did not come out very well. My rug is pretty old so I know it was going to be perfect but I was expecting it to be better than it was.

Dries the same day. Pre wash citrus spray makes the carpets smell so good and fresh.John was awesome. Professional friendly and very knowledgeable technician. Felt comfortable letting my baby lay on our clean carpets again because of the fact that there was no harxh smell or chemical left over. THANK YOU!

Friendly, nice worker, quick cleaning, great product and outcome

My carpets took over 3 days to be dry enough to put furniture back. Even then our socks would still be damp after walking in certain areas. I had them done on s Monday morning and wasn't able to put anything back till Thursday evening.

I liked that the tech was able to get out some ling-standing stains.

Service was on time and they did a great job
