Professional and thorough
The technician who cleaned our carpet did an excellent job. There were three areas that needed extra attention and he spent time to focus on those areas. We definitely feel this was the best our carpet has looked since we purchased it. Thank you, Eddy, for doing such a thorough job!

I have been a staunch supporter of your business because of past experiences. But I am greatly disappointed in the ability of your company after this cleaning. We specifically had you come out and look at what was in the carpet (glue from tape) and asked if you could get it out of the carpets. You said yes.
The cleaning was unsuccessful. Not only is the glue still in the carpet, we can still see foot prints in the carpeting just as they were before you came...I do not believe we got the job we will be paying for - it was quite expensive - I could have done this cleaning myself with the same results. I expected better and hope you can come out and do it right.

Quick response and friendly service, however we paid extra for the pet spray and it seemed to bring out more pet smell than prior to the service.

Our grout still looks very dirty.....not sure the cleaning made much of a difference.

The technician who cleaned my carpets arrived early which was great and he did an excellent job.
The cleanliness wasn't very good. I had the carpets cleaned two months prior by another company and the quality was a lot better. The technician was fine. Polite and friendly, the results weren't very good.
