I was very satisfied with how clean the carpets look.

It seems as if the floor is even more dirty all over. The spots are gone, but the floor looks more dirty after it has dried. We don't have a lot of traffic in our office, so I am surprised that it is so bad, worse than before, except we don't have the spot stains anymore, most of those came out.

The cleaning job was great. Several old stains are now gone. My carpet after had no sticky residue. The guy that did my carpet was very professional and nice. Went over and above with his service.

Cleaning the tile broke up our grout in several places. This was not raised as a concern or possibility prior to service.

No soap use, so there is nothing to attract dirt.

The carpets were just cleaned last week so, as now, I cannot judge whether or not the carpets will look as great after some use as they do right now. It hope there will not be dirt attraction as some other cleanings have done in the past.

My carpet needed a cleaning so bad with 3 dogs and 1 being a puppy. Kevin was not only exceptional at making the carpet look like new and smell a lot better but provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. He had a great attitude and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend zerorez and Kevin. I plan to get more done hoping in the fall because the service and the job done was so great.thank you!
