Friendly staff -- good results!
We were very happy with the results of getting our carpets cleaned. Juan was excellent at explaining what the process was and being patient while we moved everything. We will request Juan the next time we get our carpets cleaned. Thank you.

The technician was amazing, friendly and very helpful, I felt the ending price was to high for what I got. I originally was quoted 129ish dollars, but when the technician got there he told me he would recommend a pet service. I knew my carpet was bad because of my puppy but at an additional 160 dollars (more than originally quotes for 3 rooms)I expected alot better cleaning than I got. I still have stains and while it does look better, I could have rented a dr. Carpet from walmart for an eighth of the cost and it would have came out just the same if not better. The only reason I tried zero rez was because I just had surgery and couldn't do the carpet cleaner myself. Next time I think I'll rent a cleaner, or maybe at 300 dollars ill.just buy a cleaner for my house
The clean feeling on my bare feet when it is done and dry. Jeremy was so eager to please and was very careful cleaning. We had requested his service and were certainly pleased with his work.
the carpet is clean and not soaking wet and they tell you what services are available and confirm your scheduled appointment online. Payment is easy too.

Good customer service. Kevin seemed to do a thorough job, got out some stains out. He explained the process used to clean our carpets. I appreciated the schedule person who emailed me, called to remind me of the appointment and kept me updated the day of the appointment.

Our carpet is cleaner in the "very, very heavy use" areas than it has been after using other cleaning companies. The young man that did the work was very polite, efficient and trained well in the cleaning procedure.

Leaves no crunchy residue. You do not use too much water. Your technicians are courteous and efficient and the price is great.
The Zerorez process results in some temporary distortion of the carpet. This should be explained before application of the cleaning.
Cody Chapman did a great job. I have already recommended him to a friend. I found a different special on tv that they willingly accepted to bring my cost down. I will use Zerorez again!
