Customer service scheduling and being informed of options - factual with no hard sell. Patient (I had to call back to rebook the time.
Cleaning - service person on time arrival. Mindful of property e.g took precautions to make certain no damage done e.g. protected door trims and other items that could have been harmed by flexible piping using protection guards and his mindfulness such as not slamming or straining the the main entry glass storm door. Informative about the treatments being done. Made aware of options without selling, options matched information provided at time of booking.

Conscientious staff and very respectful. They are low pressure for sales up and wants you to be satisfied before they leave. Will even redo or try other things to make it the very best they can. Look for discounts you didn't know about as well.

Carpets looked great! It did not take very long for the carpets to dry and we could put our furniture back within a couple of hours. Super nice guys who cleaned our carpets, very polite and professional! I would recommend Zerorez!

Estimated time to move was 3 hours more than quoted. Need to be a bit closer on your quotes.
We were afraid we may have to replace the carpet in our rental home because of the condition, but your Co. did a great job on cleaning it, an removing spots. Easy of scheduling. The office is open at 7:00 AM which makes it super convenient to take care of phone calls for those of us who work. The technician was prompt, thoughtful and thorough. My carpets dried quickly which made the inconvience of wet carpet minimal.
I especially liked the deep extraction process. Wow. Made a huge difference!

Not very happy with cleaning. Did not take up spots. Was wet for hours and hours. Does not look clean like it normally does when cleaned.

Technicians were great, quick and did a great job. However the only thing I still have an issue with is the fact that they have to manually input a credit card into a phone. With all the security breaches this is not best practice.
Service was very effective in cleaning my carpets but most of all the technician was a wealth of information on hows, what and whys.
