You were quick to get us in for an appt and very professional and courteous. The technician did a fantastic job, and the office girl in the office was super helpful and so easy to work with via phone. Thank you!
No sticky residue after cleaning and doesn't get dirty again as quickly as the soapy method of cleaning.

I was so disappointed. The traffic areas didn't look like anything had been done at all. Several spots were left behind.
The stains came out of the carpet until it dried and then they were back. Aside from that the carpets did look cleaner.

The carpet was left pretty wet. It took until the following day to dry.
I had 4-5 small marker stains in one of my rooms, and they are still there and with no change. Very disappointed!
The technician was careful and did a great job of cleaning. However, the process left way too much water. Even though the temp of the day was 80 and I had windows and two sliding glass doors open and a portable fan plus three bathroom fans going, part of the carpeting was still wet 24 hours later.
There are black streaks in my carpet that we hoped would be gone because we are showing our house to sell. It looks terrible.

I like the fact that your process is not soaking the carpet. My carpet looks good. It's not completely perfect but better than when I paid over $300. to get it cleaned last time. As far as the statement below I would rather not be discussing too many things on the phone so I decline.

Your products do not leave a residue on the carpet that attract dirt. Technician Scott's cleaning results exceeded the results of our first Zerores carpet cleaning nearly a year ago. Scott did an excellent job and we are very very happy with the results he was able to achieve for us with our carpet. Scott was very professional, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. The carpet looked very good after it had been done,once it was dry and we were able to walk on it to put furniture back we noticed there were still some wine/tea stains that had not come clean.
Only one technician for a two-person job. High-school age? Constantly on his cell phone.Tech would skip large areas,left undone . Didn't move anything unless specifically told to. Went over areas quickly and once, leaving dirty areas still there until asked to go over the area again.
John was amazing, carpets came clean. First time was no very happy.
