I asked for a guarantee. I was told that the tech would check it out and let me know what you could do. I was skepticalbebecause the carpet was in bad shape. The tech said he thought he could fix it and so i agreed to pay the price. The carpet was awful after your tech cleaned it and the house was full of flies. I explained this to your company and another tech tried it again. I was out of state and he told me it was not much better, but that was as good as he could get it.
again, I was skeptical, but you sounded so sure. The carpet is still bad, ask your tech. I would not have spent the money for this.

Our carpets look simply amazing and Jake your service Texh was awesome. He walked us through the process and gave very helpful information on what would be the best route to go in us getting the most for our dollar. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the business and we could tell that this was not his first day or week of being at this job. He enjoys what he's doing and he wants to see people get great service. We felt well taken care of.

Many pluses: No strong chemical smell after, the employee ("Jake")took time to explain the cleaning process and what he would be doing, he listened to my concerns about too much water left in carpet (my many past experiences with other companies)and demonstrated his competence by spending enough time removing most of it. The dry time was actually on the short end of the estimated dry time, which was what sold me! His hard work, cheerful attitude and effort to do it right showed me he really knew what he was doing--so different than the rush job by the last company's very young & inexperienced employees who clearly didn't want to be doing this kind of work. And he loves his job! Very pleased!
