Fast and effecient, got out all the damaged areas I was concerned about and then showed me they were gone! Quick service, nice tech and was very easy to work with!

They made our carpets look like new again! Our dining room and bedroom were very stained from 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 3 kids. Zerorez came and made all of the stains disappear!

Excellent communication by letting me know when the tech was going to be there and how far out they where,also the tech was very polite and made sure that he knew exacly what it was I wanted done and he also asked me if I was happy with the job he had done. The young man that cleaned the areas where my dog had several accidents was thorough and didn't quit until the smells were no longer noticeable. It has been three days now, carpets and beds are completely dry and still no noticeable odor. Thank you Zerorez.
