I have used the service several times in the past and have always received good service. The serviceman that cleaned my floors this time was very friendly and glad to touch up a few areas that I hadn't mentioned in my initial request.
I'm curious, however, as to why we are charged a water disposal fee. This is something new to me.
Kyson was very thorough and friendly. He explained the process and was good about walking me through the steps. The results were phenomenal! My Grandpa's carpets are 17 years old and after Zerorez did their thing they look brand new.

You gave me a 4-hour window for my cleaning and were there just about exactly the time of the start of that window. Scott was helpful answering my questions and swift and efficient in completing the job. Job well done!
