The friendly service was fantastic. CARPETS looked and smelled great!

I was disappointed, not with the service or person performing the work, but with the results. I was hopeing that the cleaning would significantly lighten the "tracking" in the heavily traveled areas, but it didn't. The carpet is old (16 years), and maybe conventional cleaning services would not have done any better.

If I had to do it over, I would request you to come out beforehand and obtain an honest assessment of what you could be expected to accomplish.

I like it that you don't use soaps and residues that would cause dirt to stick to my carpet. I appreciated it that our service tech used the orange cones to protect the corners of my office and home when he cleaned our floors.

I highly recommend Zerorez. Service is great!!!, They were able to get me in on a such a short notice and price was very reasonable. Tech who came out to the house forgot his name did such a great job. I was not able to meet him but he made sure he covered every single corner of the house. Girl in the office who took my call was very nice as well...great people.
