We love how thorough zerorez is when cleaning our carpets. Our carpets always look amazing when they are done.
Your staff took their time to do a wonderful job. Even though it probably took longer than they planned. Their knowledge of their products was impressive.
I thought they would move the couch to do the whole carpet. I did not pay for just traffic areas.
John and Jeremiah were very professional and did an outstanding job. My carpet was a wreck after a 3 month home improvement project and four pets. They got all the stains up. I didn't thank them enough!
On another note, after the carpet dried, I noticed a spot about 18" x 36" that looks like it might have been missed. Is there any chance of having someone come take a quick look at it? Thank You!

On the day of the appointment I was called to tell me about what time I could expect the technician. Then I was called again and given an exact time he would be at my house. He showed up within 1 minute of the time I was told. He got everything setup quickly and got right to work. The technician was polite, thorough, and completed the cleaning with 45 minutes. It felt like he just started and he was done, yet I was watching him almost the entire time. It has now been a week and the carpets still look great.
Our dog had a really bad tummy and she left an awful mess and stain on our carpet, $8000 worth and not even a year old..!! Found Zerorez on line and gave them a call. A gentleman named Jhon came out and saved the day for us. The service was awesome and Jhon was very respectful of our home. He checked out the stain to see what he would need to use on it and came up with perfect solution cause it was amazing how it took care of not only the stain but also the smell. We will definitely use and recommend your services in the future. Thanks for saving our new carpet..!!
Service was excellent, but all the small ordinary spots came right back.

I didn't feel like the carpet was any cleaner than when I rent the portable units from Home Depot. It also did not smell nice after the cleaning. Our carpet is only one year old.

Carpets are much cleaner compared to other cleaners we've had. . They smell fresh and clean. The technician was outstanding. A very polite and service oriented young man. If all of your technicians are like him, you will have few complaints. I have recommended your company to a sister here in the tri-cities and another sister in the Portland Oregon area.

I paid $60 for a stain that didn't come out and the tech told me he ran out of solution. There are many stains left that were not taken out including a dog pee stain for $180 that I gave him I feel my carpets were rushed through. there was scratches in an area he was working. In the hallway we asked him clean and my son showed him a small closet he just cleaned the out side the door. I am sorry but I would not recommend zerorez to anybody.

Well first let me say that I was unaware that you used anything other than water. It was only until after I was having breathing difficulty that I was told you added citrus to the pretreatment. This is great if your customer is not anaphylactic to citrus. I did not see this listed on your website, hear it on the radio advertisements or told by your technician. That is my one an only criticism of Zerorez. I am very appreciative that my condition has been added to my profile. The cleaning was fabulous. I would not hesitate to call again for future cleanings, recommend Zerorez to my friends or family.
