Professional, personable,ontime and efficient. What's not to like?
The guy was very nice but there are still traffic stains on the carpet. Last year when we cleaned our carpets with another company they were able to get all the dirt stains up.
They are safe for pets and provide a thorough cleaning process.

No stains were really removed. I thought they might be, but didn't really notice a differnce. Tech guy was awesome and office staff were great to work with. Just wish stains were spot treated.

My carpet looks and smells amazing! They were able to get all of the spots out and were careful to check for areas where cats had been. The service was excellent - they were here on time, they took the time to talk to me about my concerns and make sure I was satisfied with the work being done. I am very pleased and will highly recommend your company.
Way more expensive than quote. 43 per room? The whole house smelled of urine afterwards. 3 rooms and a Hall and stairs for 380.
The product did the job as you said on the radio soft and clean I'm happy with it Kevin my service tech was very professional and did a very good job I will have him back again
Zerorez did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets and were incredibly accommodating to our unexpected last minute need. They were very professional and couldn't be happier with the results. The drying time was quick. I will continue to use Zerorez for all of our flooring needs!!
Our carpets felt old and worn out before they were cleaned. We are very pleased with how clean they feel now.
Quick & good
My carpets aren't clean and you sent another person out to make it right but my carpets still aren't clean. The pet stains didn't come out and neither did the traffic area. My carpets are only 10 years old and I don't allow people to wear shoes in my house. I my puppy had a couple of accidents but none in a while and he's a small dog so not big stains but for $466 you'd think my carpets would look brand new. I've had them steam cleaned in the past and they looked cleaner then

The edge of the carpet next to the vinyl flooring was not cleaned the first time. The high traffic areas were not cleaned very well the first time. We had to call zerorez back to clean it again. It looks great now. When I hire someone to do something for me, I expect it to done right the first time. For this reason I cannot recommend zerorez and we will not be using zerorez again.
The professionalism show was amazing. Jeremy explained what he felt my carprt needed and explained why . He was so friendly and trustworthy. He explained everything he was doing and the cost. Your company saved my carpet. Thank you for coming out so quickly. I loved the constant communication letting me know if you were running late or on time. I not only use your services again but I recruited Jeremy as a dog shelter dog walker. Double bonus.
