My husband's recliner was VERY dirty and now it looks like a new chair!!!! Amazing how clean it is. Scott worked very hard on it and the result is quite evident. Scott was very courteous and professional as well. Thank you, Scott. The carpets also look great.

Give customers a specific time period. We had to wait all afternoon, when I was told initially (when calling to schedule appointment) that we would have a specific time period for our cleaning.
The gal in the office never told us that it was a window appointment. the cleaner was still 2.5 hours later then what I was told so I called and that's when she explained it was an open window and told me he would be here in 20 mins .1 hour later he shows up. The guy cleaning the carpet was great
The technician was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The service was quick, easy, efficient, and professional.
Last year someone from Zerorez came out and cleaned our tile shower and it was amazing! The grout had never been cleaner! This time, after the technician cleaned the shower, it looked exactly the same. No change. Very disappointing. Before they came, I recommended Zerorez to a friend, telling her what amazing job they do on grout. I feel like I now need to warn now.

They did a great job cleaning my carpets, also suggested treatments that woul help my carpet to last longer. I didn't feel like they were just trying to make money off of me. Great value for the services and the technicians were super friendly.
Fast cleaning and dries fast with no chemical smells
