My carpet looks and smells amazing! They were able to get all of the spots out and were careful to check for areas where cats had been. The service was excellent - they were here on time, they took the time to talk to me about my concerns and make sure I was satisfied with the work being done. I am very pleased and will highly recommend your company.
Way more expensive than quote. 43 per room? The whole house smelled of urine afterwards. 3 rooms and a Hall and stairs for 380.
The product did the job as you said on the radio soft and clean I'm happy with it Kevin my service tech was very professional and did a very good job I will have him back again

My carpets aren't clean and you sent another person out to make it right but my carpets still aren't clean. The pet stains didn't come out and neither did the traffic area. My carpets are only 10 years old and I don't allow people to wear shoes in my house. I my puppy had a couple of accidents but none in a while and he's a small dog so not big stains but for $466 you'd think my carpets would look brand new. I've had them steam cleaned in the past and they looked cleaner then

The edge of the carpet next to the vinyl flooring was not cleaned the first time. The high traffic areas were not cleaned very well the first time. We had to call zerorez back to clean it again. It looks great now. When I hire someone to do something for me, I expect it to done right the first time. For this reason I cannot recommend zerorez and we will not be using zerorez again.
The professionalism show was amazing. Jeremy explained what he felt my carprt needed and explained why . He was so friendly and trustworthy. He explained everything he was doing and the cost. Your company saved my carpet. Thank you for coming out so quickly. I loved the constant communication letting me know if you were running late or on time. I not only use your services again but I recruited Jeremy as a dog shelter dog walker. Double bonus.

When the carpet was dry it was crusty and stains returned. When I vacuumed after with canister vacuum there was still a lot of dust and fibers that came out. I just didn't feel clean. Tech was great worked hard and very friendly. I worked very hard to get house ready and was disappointed. Son is moving back and has allergies but afraid that my efforts were in vain if dust and dander is still in carpet. Again the tech you sent was great and worked very hard.
The person (Edwin Morales) was very informative and friendly. He cleaned the carpet in a reasonable time. He did a very good job.

I was very satisfied with how clean the carpets look.
It seems as if the floor is even more dirty all over. The spots are gone, but the floor looks more dirty after it has dried. We don't have a lot of traffic in our office, so I am surprised that it is so bad, worse than before, except we don't have the spot stains anymore, most of those came out.
The cleaning job was great. Several old stains are now gone. My carpet after had no sticky residue. The guy that did my carpet was very professional and nice. Went over and above with his service.
