The young man that cleaned the areas where my dog had several accidents was thorough and didn't quit until the smells were no longer noticeable. It has been three days now, carpets and beds are completely dry and still no noticeable odor. Thank you Zerorez.

Your personnel are so nice, friendly and helpful. They did an awesome job on all of our carpeting and kept us apprised every step of the way; from confirming our appointment the day before to letting us know when they were actually on their way. The technicians walked through the house with me, making notes of problem areas and giving us a recommendation for anything more than a general cleaning. The price was fair and I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to anyone who asked.
My carpets are CLEAN!! I have 4 dogs and live out in the country where dust and dirt are ABUNDANT!! I vacuumed three days later and the canister was almost empty, usually it is FULL of dirt and dog hair :) Also..the pet stains from my old blind lab are gone!! I'm a bit OCD and was constantly shampooing up her accidents..but I needed to have a thorough cleaning done, and the spots I couldn't get clean taken care of. They are gone!! Your staff is amazing!! So helpful, on time and skilled at their jobs!!
Staff is polite an on-time. I like the fact that my house does NOT have a chemical odor when the cleaning has been completed. I have since mentioned to 3 other people considering have their carpets cleaned.

Kevin had excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products used, answered all of my questions, and my carpets look brand new! I will be requesting him to clean my carpets in the future and refer him at Zerorez to my friends and family! Thank you Zerorez!!

First impression of your cleaning crew was top notch, both dressed clean and presented themselves professionally. I decided on Zerorez above other carpet cleaner for the process and the solutions used to clean the carpet.

The 4 hour time window is an hindrance. Also, this time, there was a caveat that the cleaner showed me - that if there are still marks, it is the fault of the underlay or something and that it would cost to have them removed. I know from experience sometimes the cleaner provides more effort than other times, and oftentimes spots disappear based upon this effort. Jeremy was pleasant and did a great job, but two surface spots did come back in one place where he said it all came out, and 2 spots he thought he might not be able to take care came out spotless.
The carpet was very clean afterwards. You also arrived on time.
I liked the idea that harsh chemicals were not used to clean my carpet. There was no smell with the cleaning process. I was surprised though that it took close to 16 hours for the carpets to be completely dry.

The technician was friendly and efficient. Being 15 minutes early was not a problem. I really liked that the carpet was not wet. Also, there was not a wet carpet smell. I will definitely use this service again.

Excellent communication by letting me know when the tech was going to be there and how far out they where,also the tech was very polite and made sure that he knew exacly what it was I wanted done and he also asked me if I was happy with the job he had done.
