When I called to make my appointment I asked for the first appointment of the day and was told they would be there between 8 - 12. When I got the reminder call the day before I was told they would arrive between 10 - 2. The tech finally arrived just before 11. I had plans with my kids which I had to miss. Not a happy customer because of this.

I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals, or shampoos. The drying time was quick, the carpets look great and Michael the technician was a pleasure to work with. He really knew his stuff and was very polite and did an outstanding job.

Our carpets look beautiful. The service man arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He said the carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours, which they were. Would recommend Z erorez in a heartbeat.

the floors dried very quickly and most of the stains are gone !!!!! And smells are gone. I cant say enough about your services. your receptionist was concern and polite and committed to working around my sch. Your Technician was awesome , he had positive energy was helpful in moving furniture,very friendly and fast for how many rooms we gave him to do.

My technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything that was going to happen in detail and answered all of my questions. I had some "pet spots" that she pre-treated and now you can't even tell they were there. Overall, the carpets look great and I will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!!
