When you clean the furnace you would think he would does the entrance that faces the furnace he would wipe off all of the vents that you cleaned cleaning need to Cleaned out of the actual event just very sloppy and fast

The power of the cleaning water that was used
the floors were wetter than I expected them to be and didn't dry out for over 24 hours, also disappointed in the chairs ,

Dispatch technicians to arrive at the appointed time and not before. I set the appointment for a specific time knowing I wouldn't be home before then and that was relayed at the time of setting the appointment.

Had vents cleaned and they were not put back carefully. Had some ceiling damage that we already took care of. Also did not clean up after self after doing a basement vent. Also noticed once the carpet dried, there was a definite spot in the living room that hadn't been taken care of. It was noticeable before the cleaning. My husband and I were out of town. Our son was at the house. They did mention to him that there was a bathroom duct that was broke. Steps also were not as clean as I had hoped. We also were surprised by a water disposal fee. That was not mentioned on the original quote. Should have been mentioned when we got the quote.

Technician stated he could get stains out after being repeatedly asked and questioned. Stains are still in carpet and your company now states that they cannot be removed.
