Dispatch technicians to arrive at the appointed time and not before. I set the appointment for a specific time knowing I wouldn't be home before then and that was relayed at the time of setting the appointment.
Nice employees that seem well trained and a job well done.
Had vents cleaned and they were not put back carefully. Had some ceiling damage that we already took care of. Also did not clean up after self after doing a basement vent. Also noticed once the carpet dried, there was a definite spot in the living room that hadn't been taken care of. It was noticeable before the cleaning. My husband and I were out of town. Our son was at the house. They did mention to him that there was a bathroom duct that was broke. Steps also were not as clean as I had hoped. We also were surprised by a water disposal fee. That was not mentioned on the original quote. Should have been mentioned when we got the quote.

Technician stated he could get stains out after being repeatedly asked and questioned. Stains are still in carpet and your company now states that they cannot be removed.

Responsive, responsible and do an excellent job
My problem was that after having the carpet tested for more cat urine I was given a price of between $800 and $1000 more to get the stains and odor out since it was not part of the original guarantee. So now I had a wet carpet, worse stains and had to pay for an additional cleaning which did nothing to improve the carpet. I ended up tearing the whole thing up including the padding, staples, and tack strip. I then had to scrape the mud from the soaking and clean the exposed floor. I guess my complaint is that "should I have had to pay for the second cleaning when it didn't even do any good?"

The tech. Scott, was professional and friendly and worked hard to get the cleaning done in a timely manner. I really like the 2 step cleaning process. It left our carpets looking great, even in the high traffic areas. The appointment operators were great also, very friendly and professional.
I will call the office today but half of the area needs to be looked at and probably re-done, the other parts of the carpet look real good, there are a few areas that have a white chalky substance next to the baseboard.

Very clean, no after smell and it dried fast.
Service crew did not have the experience needed to clean a dryer vent - said this was their first. They looked like teenagers. My vent goes up the wall through the roof. Crew said they would clean it from the roof down. They had no ladder, so I had to loan them mine. After 15 minutes they said they could not not get the roof cap off the dryer vent. They called their boss who could not help either. I then went up and forced it off (my fault). It looked like it should slide off, but was attached with pins and not made to come off. After that they vacuumed the vent OK. We had to tape the roof cap back on, and I will now have to replace it (I take responsibility for breaking it).
They left without checking the inside connection. After they left I found they had knocked loose the inside duct connection, so I had to pull out dryer and re-connect. In retrospect, they should have gone up the duct from inside the house after finding the roof cap would not come off.
Your crew needs more training, and I would like a refund.

A little disappointed on the cleaning of the steps
So far everything good.
I had 2 stains that did not get proper treating. I pushed couch off wall so he could clean in the spot. Then when I asked him if he wanted me to push couch back so he could get that spot he told me he had all ready put all his hoses up.
The serviceman was excellent. Very informative and professional. He performed a quality job while explaining everything that was going on. He also made good suggestions of carpet care

The young man, Noah, came when scheduled, he explained the process after many questions from me and worked very hard getting the carpets cleaned. I was surprised at his being the only person to do the work. However, he should be commended for doing an excellent job.
