Courteous technician, on time and the carpet dries quickly w/o any sticky residue!
I thought perhaps some stains had come back after a couple of days and Zerorez came right back out to check the spot and rectify the situation free of charge! I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Nothing went very well
ZEROREZ has done some really good work for me in the past but, unfortunately, thus time the carpet looks about the same as before it was cleaned already. I don't think the young man you sent spent long enough on the stains
Carpets seemed almost like new after the service!
It left a bigger stain in the main living room, the spot wasn't as visible before. I was very disappointed.

When I asked if my carpet would buckle, he guaranteed me it wouldn't and if it had before it was because they used too much water. Well, it did and it wasn't dry until the next day. I intended to put a fan on it but I couldn't find it. But my carpet looks great and I appreciate that.

Very costly! I paid a lot of money for these dirty carpets to be cleaned, but they are still stained. I was hoping for sparkling clean.. that's not what I got.

I have been a customer for several years. I had 4 rooms cleaned and my hallway. He cleaned everything in an Hour and unlike what I have had before there was no comparison.I am very disappointed and I couldn't use my $25.00 coupon. The family room and bedroom were ok but the rest you can't tell it was even cleaned.I realize the carpet is getting older but it has always looked awesome. I am so disappointed.I have recommended you to several people. But right now after this service wouldn't at all.if I use you again I need a guy who takes his time not a Rush job.
