It is cleaner than before but it is not really vlean. We expected it to be cleaner. I know your guys spent longer than they expected. But it is not that clean.
You could come back and finush cleaning the floor.

They did a wonderful job of getting my carpet clean. I had just bought house and former owner had pets. There were spots that had been covered up when I had looked at property and home had a general pet smell. Thank you for making my new home livable again
There wasn't the strong odors like so many other carpet cleaners have and the carpet was dry within a few hours. Much faster than other companies I have used.

Pros: People very friendly and I was able to schedule an appointment right away.
Cons: The method of cleaning just seemed to elongate the dirt and stains on my carpet. I now have visible lines showing down each stair step that I did not have before. I spent extra money to have pet urine removed from the carpet and ended up with yellow streaks along the carpet instead of the small spot it was originally in and an awful intensified smell. Fortunately I was able to remove the yellow steaks and smell with over the counter products. The additional $110 spent on pet cleaning was not worth it.
Fast and friendly service. There was an emergency that came just with one of the techs and they got me my service done in the timeframe anyway.
After the cleaning, my carpet is still showing stains. I paid over $200.00 to get the carpet clean and the technician kept telling me the stains won't come off, hurried up and offered no options on how to get rid of them. This was one of the reasons I requested the service. He got all 4 rooms plus the stairs got done in less than an hour and kept offering me other services instead of concentrating to make my carpet clean. I am disappointed in the service provided. Technician mentioned it was his second month working for the company, I felt that he was unexperienced and didn't have enough knowledge in this field of work.

Service is good. The technician did not put on shoe covers this time. In the past the techs have done this. The carpet took longer to dry this time also. What is the product that is prayed on the carpet before the extraction process?

Well I don't really have much to compare to since it's the first time I've had carpet cleaned in years but I am usually not fond of price adders on site. $45 for topical treatment per room that didn't even seem to have much an effect seemed like a rip off to be honest. So I probably wouldn't recommend to family or friends.
I liked the fact that the technicians were up front and friendly and kind. Willing to.listen the customer. They were knowledgeable about there comla y and the difference between zeroes and other carpet cleaning companies. I like the fact that the carpets were clean and fresh and barely damp and NO SOAP AND.RESIDUE!! AWESOME JOB GUYS! THANK YOU from John and Name removed.
