The technician was professional, and polite. He worked hard, quickly and efficiently. I had several stains, and all were removed. Very pleased with the outcome, I even asked him do add an extra space, and he did so.

Was quick easy
Three very large brown stains appeared on my carpet as it began to dry. The whole area appears to be ruined and will need to be replaced. VERY disappointed. How did you do that??? I have pictures.

Capets did not come out clean and the technician finished very fast like he was rushing. It also took very long to dry 6 hours. Ridiculous and dissapointed to say the least.

We had heard good reports from some of our friends. We sold our home and we wanted the carpets to be clean for the new owners so we called and made an appointment. So glad we did. The carpets are clean, look wonderful, and we know that the new owners won't have to worry about dirty carpets.

Ace was our carpet technition. He was professional , knowledgeable and personable. He took time in the beginning, during cleaning and after cleaning to discuss carpet care and products. We were very pleased with the service .
I was not happy with the master bath tile cleaning. It appeared dull. Also I was assured by the company that the carpet cleaning and tile cleaning would not negatively impact my laminate flooring which was cleaned a week eatlier. There were in fact numerous streaks and water spots that I had to remove throughout the hallways.
