I called and asked specifically what the cost would be. I explained that I had many bedrooms and stairs that I needed cleaned. I was quoted a price. I asked twice, so this is my final cost, correct? If a person says a price it should not change unless something else is added. I also came home expecting more from the cleaning as I was told that stains a normal carpet cleaner could not get out, zerorez can. I suppose I had high expectations before the process began and came home upset that it didn't look much better.

I couldn't even tell my carpets had been shampooed. I came home and asked my husband why they didn't show up. He said they did. So needless to say I was very disappointed.

Josiah did a great job. The help he had with him, I believe his name was Chris, took off his booties and as a result I've spent a lot of time scrubbing my wood floors where he walked with damp feet. He left sneaker prints all over the place and they didn't come up when I mopped so I had to get down on my hands and knees to scrub them.

The guys showed up on time..big plus in our book. They were clean, polite and really hard workers. They explained each step to the cleaning process and that was so helpful. We really enjoyed having them in our home. You need to clone them ;)

I've tried Zeroeez twice. Although careful with their work, they weren't able to remove them. 1 out of 4 stains were removed. The tech mentioned some options if the cleaning didn't work but never pursued it.

Figure out a way to get rid of animal urine stains the first time around instead of having to come back and charge more!
However, I do commend ZeroRez on employing cordial, polite, and hard-working people. So far, all of my dealings with them have been pleasant. I also appreciate that I am well informed about when to expect the cleaners and don't have to wait around for them, thus tying up my day.
