The service was great and the carpets looked as good as new!
I was happy with the part that was cleaned but I thought for the money I paid the ENTIRE furniture would be cleaned; Back and sides. The only part that was cleaned was the seating areas, the arms, and the front. My stool has 4 small spots where the technician set the fan. I am having a hard time getting it off. The "Protecting solution" was brought in in a squirt bottle. As far as I know, it could have just been water.
A little disappointed in the overall service for the amount of money I spent.

Everything! The technician, who is always polite and helpful, goes over everything completely so there's never a surprise when it comes time to pay the bill. The carpets are dry the next morning and they look awesome! They have always worked within our time schedule, sometimes arriving earlier than expected but not before calling first!

Your service provider demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They were responsive to the concern that I voiced about a irregular surface spot. There multiple phone calls as well as representatives coming to my home to address the issue. Matt was a gentleman extremely committed to correcting the concern. At no time did I feel I was being neglecting or the issue was being ignored....much to my satisfaction the issue was resolved...Thank you Matt and the crew at Z.....

My carpet is clean and and smells clean. It was cheaper then chemdri which I usually use.

I was not happy with the way my floors were cleaned, parts of my floors are still black. the amount of money that was paid was to have a complete clean of the grout but its frustrating because I could have done this myself instead of paying for it for the same result.

I called to have the carpets done at a rental unit I was moving from and they were fast, friendly and very thorough with the cleaning. They give tips and educate you on keeping carpet clean and fresh. Easy to schedule an appointment also.

Technitions are always helpfull and professional.You went above and beyond bringing two ttechicians to my house to get things cleaned up for the new buyers at our house. It had been a long day and having things finished in a timely manner ment a lot
We appreciated the updates for arrival time. Although by the third one we were just ready for the tech to be there. Spencer was very professional and did the best he could with our high traffic carpet. It's much cleaner now.
A very high quality job and got out a stain that none of the other companies in the area could do for me. A great system they use and the stains stay out
I scheduled to have the three bedroom special for 119 and it ended up costing us over 300 to have the carpets cleaned. The tech stated their was some urine spots and to add the special cleaner would be 60 a gallon and probably take a gallon. At the end, we were shocked to be billed for 2 gallons at 65 dollars each, some additional cleaner and a disposal fee. In the end the carpet still has spots.
