What could we do to improve?

When a customer calls in to make appointment specials should be offered. I had to say something about the monthly special to get special price. Overall I would say it was a good experience. The young man who came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Zerorez always provides professional services, in which the technicians listen to your concerns and provide reasonable resolution alternatives. Stains are removed without harsh chemicals and my carpet is completely dry shortly after completion of service. Thank you for always doing a great job!

It was an emergency, my dog got sick on my new living room carpet! They fit me in the same day, and saved my carpet. They got the stain totally out. It looks great! And they were so nice and knowledgeable. Thank you.

We have a karastan carpet with warranty that is valid only if carpet is cleaned once a year by certified cleaning co. You were only one in Tri-Cities that we found. In addition, service & cleaning was quite good. Thanks.

I have been very satisfied with Zerorez service; the technicians are prompt and courteous.

My only disappointment was that I was not notified of a $14.99 'water treatment' charge additional to the quoted cost of service. All paper work I received identifies the following:

"Any additional services must be approved by the customer before performing the work - no surprises - no hidden charges."

It was not until I was presented with the final invoice, that I was informed of the $14.99 fee....looks like a 'hidden charge' to me and certainly not approved prior to service. Poor customer communication on your part.
