There are areas of the carpet that don't look any cleaner than they were to start with, and one spot that is actually worse....almost like a black mark was left. I am very disappointed in this carpet cleaning.
Zerorez was able to get the stains out of my carpet and the technician worked super fast!

My carpet was not cleaned well . It still looks dirty. I have used you in the pass and had no problems. The operator seemed rushed and not do a good job. He had to come back because he didn't shampoo an area in my den.☹️
I was told how each step worked and why he was doing it the way he was.

Your service man was very knowledgeable & explained your services & options available. He worked very hard and got most of the spots cleaned up. The process went smoothly and didn't take as long as I thought it would. What is taking longer than I expected is getting the rug dried out. It's been over 24 hours but it still is damp so we're keeping the fans running and the heat off and hope by morning it will be dry.
The carpets look nice but the tile cleaning does not!
Maybe we should have another pass at the tile.
I liked the online scheduling, it was easy and convenient. The reminder phone call the day before and the call to let you know when the tech will be arriving was very nice. The tech was very polite, clean and professional, really appreciate the booties to cover their shoes to make sure they aren't bringing in the outside dirt while they are cleaning my carpet.
