Zerorez is awesome. I have used them 4 times now just to freshen up my carpets and couches. The best part is you can request a tech you like. We always request Michael. He has always been professional and he works around my two year old and pets. My home always smells and feels great afterwards!
There are still stains on the rug. Not happy that person did not concentrate on that. I could have used my steam cleaner at got same results. This was very spendy for what I got. I'm not satisfied at all.
