NO pressure, quick and affordable! Carpets looked great, vents smell so much better and the tech was amazing. Very professional and not pushy about 'extra' options. The whole organization was great to work with from the time I called, thanks!
Not charge as much. I know that's a dumb response. I'm sure you charge the amount you need to in order to run your business, but as happy as I am with the result, I'm not happy with the price. Like okay, it costs $500 to get the carpet in my house clean (and by the way, only about half of my house is carpet, so if I'd had more carpet, it would have been much more), but then some of the stains are coming back up and I find out that in order to prevent that from happening, it would have cost $200 more for the "deep cleaning" treatment. What?!? So $500 isn't enough to really clean my carpet? It only cleans some of the stains that aren't deep enough to come back? But overall, I am happy with the result and will likely use you again and recommend you, but I will also let people know that it won't be cheap.
Also, I think it's dumb that you charge for two rooms, even if they're small bedrooms. You charge the same for a room that has a footprint of literally 50 sq ft as you do for a room that is 250 sq ft. Doesn't make sense.
No chemicals, fast drying
Professional, did a great job on my tiles and grout and the carpets. Would recommend for your home and the charge was more then reasonable.
I understand that the tech wasn't feeling well eg cold/allergy but I did notice he would wipe this nose on a yellow towel. Oddly enough, he used yellow towels to wipe up the sealer on my tile from his pocket. I hope this is confidential.

Good service. Product cleans carpet and protectorant helps it stay clean with no residue left behind and products are all plant based. Good company.
The tech (Matthew) who serviced my home was very knowledgeable and professional. The service speaks for itself but having a tech like this takes it to the next level.

I made my appointment online, received confirmation reminder the day before about appointment. Waited the 4 hours of the appointment time, finally called to ask if someone was still coming since it was past the scheduled time, was informed of a glitch and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Clinician who came to my home stated did not know of any issues. Very expensive for the cleaning. Have used zerorez a few times before but this seemed very disorganized and no apologies offered.

Appointment was between 2-6 T.J. was here by 3:20. He was very professional, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. It didn’t take long and our carpets look/feel amazing. We will be scheduling an appointment for next year.
I liked that the technician was on time, very professional and got in and cleaned the carpet
