Quick and effective
I am so so thankful for Devon! I feel like when he comes to help me with the carpet cleanings that when he is there he is part of my family. Devon goes above and beyond because he is a kind hearted man. He is patient with my three boys, two of whom being young twin boys so he relates on a personal level since he is a twin.
Like the fact of not having soap residue to deal with.

Every time I have scheduled an appointment with zerorez I have been impressed by how professional and detailed their staff is.
A set time for the scheduled carpet cleaning instead of an estimate that could mean waiting 4 hours for the cleaner to show up and then another couple of hours while the cleaning takes place.

We have a new home with new carpet. Main reason for the carpet cleaning was some of the stains which were not removed. Carpet looks new which it already was except for the same stains.
I chose the 2pm to 6 pm window, because I was strapped for time and didn't want an early appointment. I thought that it would be very inconvenient for me and my husband if they happened to show up at 5 or 6 pm.
I would prefer if you split it up, say from 2 to 4pm and 4 to 6 pm.
Actually, it would be better to have a window where you could choose 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6.
I was gladly surprised when I got the call that they would be on their way and it was a little before 2 pm. Would I be as lucky the next time?

I do not like using chemicals of any kind, especially inside my house. I appreciate that you don't use chemicals.
