My carpet stains are gone!! The technician was professional and worked hard to make sure we understood what he was doing and our options for the protectant. He was thorough and courteous.
Carpet with ground in grime cleaned up perfectly and feels really soft and clean.
Stairs felt to wet, took about 6hrs to dry.

Customer service was good but carpets don’t seem like they still have a residue and don’t get clean enough, especially for the price.
I was told on the phone it would be about $150 and ended up paying over $400

The zerorez representative was very friendly and helpful. We are new to the area and he gave us some great recommendations. He also knew our neighborhood and had nothing but great things to say about it.
although friendly and I assume most people enjoy the conversation, I like a little less visiting. And was caught a little of guard with a tip option. He did a great job overall.
We were happy overall with the quality and availability of your service. Also, with the special "light", dog pee stains were detected that we didn't know about.

We have loved all the techs we have had over the years, but the one who came yesterday was our favorite. He took his time and was very thorough. The carpets always smell and feel amazing without the harshness of chemicals.
