Mathew said it would take the two of them one and a half hours after looking at areas. It took more like 30 minutes max. I just wonder how good of a job was done. Carpet is 13 years old but in good shape I noticed a few spots missed that I went over and did get up with my hand cleaner. Very nice guys. Chris was training and did this job. Your thoughts ?
No soap residue. Our service member Devin was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Because of his professionalism we will use Zerorez again.

The technician was great. Professional and knowledgeable and he was able to lessen a stain but I’m just not sure how clean I feel like the carpet actually got. Maybe I’m just overthinking it because of your soap free process. Would prob go the traditional route next time.

Had a great experience with ZEROREZ. We just moved into a new home, so we had the complete house done (minus kitchen and baths). Needless to say, it was a big job. The associate was very knowledgeable about the process and kindly answered any questions. The carpet looks and smells great! Highly recommend.

I was very pleased that the carpet in our rental unit came as clean as it did. There were some very bad areas with ground in food spills and cigarette ashes. Mathew was very straight forward in his assessment about what he would be able to remove. Carpet feels very soft and really helped to remove the cigarette smoke odor. Thank you Zerorez!!

Fernando was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the product and the process. Extremely friendly took his time and did not rushed even though he was running behind.
The technician was very friendly but the next day there were still spots that he said were gone when he did the cleaning! (Coffee) and a few spots that felt very crunchy like they didn’t get everything out. I am very bummed since it’s not cheap and even paid extra to get the protectant put on as well.
