The absence of chemicals

I like that they were knowledgeable and professional. I also like that technician wore shoe covers in the house.

Service was good. However the drying time was much longer than anticipated and suggested.

I like that your company uses a light on your carpet to see where soil spots are. I have never had a cleaning company do that (that I had seen anyways). The gentleman cleaning my carpet was pleasant and efficient. Also, he was here when I was told he would arrive.

Prompt and professional.

Fernando and TJ came out for six hours last weekend. They were extremely professional, hard working, and really cared about the details.

My wife and I were working along side of them, we started preparing the day before and were up at 7:00 AM on the day of service and worked for 12 hours.

The floor service (carpet and tile) was a 9/10, the only reason it's not a 10 it that the master bathroom had some white residue around the edges and in the powder room.

The vent service I could not recommend at all. After working for 12 straight hours and paying the $1500 invoice. I noticed several room were covered in debris from the vents. There was an entire layer of large and small debris covering my office desk, computers and floor. I had to spend several hours of additional effort to clean and vacuum. Then I noticed one of my daughters room was the same way, her bed, stuffed animals, carpet was covered in a layered of debris that required significant effort to clean. The spare bedroom bed and the carpet got it heavy as well. I few of the other rooms had a lighter amount of debris. So Sunday we spent all day cleaning up after the vent service. It was a nightmare and the exact opposite of how I imagined my day after spending $1500 with Zerorez.

I called and customer service was cordial. However, they offered no real solution, other than having her lead technician come out and clean the floors. I asked if the technician was going to vacuum, dust, clean the computers, desks, bedding and stuffed animals. So said no, so I declined the service.

Customer service indicated they would speak to management about the issue. I never heard back, there's been Zerorezolution.

Product leaves me with a clean carpet that dries the same day

We didn't get the 30min call ahead, which would have helped us corral our dogs. Otherwise, all wen well.

Technicians were very polite and explained the whole process

Everyone was polite and friendly. When I found a spot that didn't come clean, they came back as soon as possible and cleaned it. Very happy to explain the process, etc.

I guess I didn’t know the exact process of cleaning out our ducts. Don’t get me wrong The gentleman that came out was awesome and very professional but when he told me that when he is cleaning the ducts a lot of the junk and dust that was in my duct system gets blown into the room and not all into the vacuum didn’t sit well with me. He said I should make sure to vacuum after he leaves. I guess I just didn’t know I was going to have to clean the house after I got the ducts cleaned. I wanted all the allergens OUT of the house not just out of the vents.

Technician was very nice & did a great job. Carpets came out nice.

Really gets carpets cleaned. This doesn’t come cheap but well worth the investment!

I like the results. The employees are friendly and do a good job. I have used them several times and will continue to do so.

Service tech showed up when he was scheduled to. Very professional, and went over any questions I may have had. Work was completed in a timely manner. Carpets looked great when he was finished.
