Better process to remove pet stains
I appreciate the phone call I received about 20 minutes before Devin from Zerorez arrived. Upon his arrival he was very polite and well versed on the Zerorez process. He did a great job and is a hard worker!

You really need to have a way to clean heavily soiled spots. I almost did not have the family roomed cleaned at all because the tech told me up front that two particular spots probably would not come out completely. They did not come clean. After it dried I ran my fingersn through those spots finding them very icky/dirty feeling. So I took a clean wet cloth to one spot. It did come clean and cannot be seen any longer. So The remedy would have been if the tech had been trained to do what I did.
By the way, the young man (tech) was very kind, courteous, and a pleasure to have in my home. I have hired zero rez as my only carpet cleaning service for the past several years and I will definitely recommend you to others unless they have heavy soil. Although your 30 day guarantee is great and that is definitely a plus. That should rectify any difficulties, right?
