Very professional, my carpets look great.
I have used Zerorez for many years. They are professional, both office staff and technicians. The technicians are very knowledgeable about carpets and why they wear the way they do. They know their products and how they work. They are considerate of my home. I love the way my carpets feel after they are cleaned. Before Zerorez I couldn’t walk barefoot on my carpets because all the chemicals other cleaners used made my feet burn. Zerorez doesn’t use chemicals so I can go barefoot on my carpet again!

Over spray on floors and furniture, when cleaning two chairs. Need to clean floors and furniture next to chairs after he left. Water is bad for wood floors. Carpets came out great!

Quick, easy and affordable! I love the availability. When my dog had an accident in the home I was able to get zerorez to come within 2 days! Not only that, but they were able to get rid of the smell. Both times I’ve had zerorez service my carpets/tile the technicians have been super friendly and knowledgeable. I hope they start doing affordable hardwood floor treatments/restorations soon!!
My carpets look brand new after cleaning
The carpets are always so fresh and clean after ZeroRez cleans them. And the technicians who did the cleaning, Allen and Matthew, were awesome! They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did the work, but would stop and answer any questions I had.

The first appointment had a trainee tech on the cleaner and will chalk it up to lack of experience. Numerous places were not cleaned efficiently. Required a second cleaning by a more experienced tech. Also the bathroom floor was cleaned without approval and he tried to charge me an additional $40 but took it off the final bill when I challenged him on it.

Missed a spot and called them back to clean and told be it would be $44 I sent them back why I’m I going to pay for something that I already paid for and you didn’t even finish your job the first time will be giving out a bad review soon and not recommending to anyone.
