My carpets were cleaned a little over a week ago. They look as if they were not cleaned. Withing 2 days the spots were appearing again. Disappointed.

I really loved zero Rez the first time I used them a few years ago. This time was not as great. I understand living on the edge of the area and running out of water, but we lived with a half moved out house for 2 weeks which was a huge inconvenience. The tech was very personable, but left a mess from all the small debris that came off the vent cleaning wand and his heavy ladder that I had to carry down the stair the next day. My parents had their vents cleaned by another company and didn’t have nearly the mess to clean up that we now have. In the rooms that had vents above I now have small particles of drywall type material all over everything and we will have to empty everything out of the rooms and throughly wipe down all surfaces. I wish I would have been told this would happen so I could have laid down plastic or the tech could have put down a drop cloth to catch the majority of the stuff flying off the spinning brush vent cleaner. I was also told that my bill would reflect not being charged for one vent for the inconvenience of waiting and extra two weeks for service and that my rooms would be sprayed. My rooms did get sprayed, but when I mentioned the discount of the vent to the tech, he said he had not been told that, so I went ahead and paid the cost he had for me. We had talked about a stair cleaning instead for an inconvenience exchange, but when my husband called to verify the appointment, he was told that that was not going to happen, so we thought the free vent and spray would be ok instead of the stairway. Also, the vents that are skinny (we have 4 of the skinny vents) were not able to be cleaned and I was not aware of that until the tech showed up, so I feel like the system didn’t get completely cleaned out as I had originally hoped it would be. After all was said and done, I probably would not have this service again as only about a third of the vents were able to be cleaned by Zerorez and I now have an even bigger mess to clean up after the vent cleaning due to the flying stuff coming off the vent brush and no precaution being taken to minimize the flying debris. The staff were all friendly and I don’t want to sound like I am complaining, I just don’t think it was all it was built up to be on the advertisement and wasn’t aware it would make such a mess and will probably not have my vents cleaned in the future by Zerorez. I appreciate you reading this and hopefully take the idea of a plastic drop cloth into consideration for future vent cleaning.

The technician was well informed on the products available. Experienced in the removal of animal issues. Shared info on how to extend the life of our carpet and preventive means for any future new carpet.

They don’t use harmful chemicals, and go above and beyond just standard carpet cleaning. Cleaned out our the Air return too, probably the first time in 45 years. Great value and service.

The additional costs seems a little pricey, whether it looks like a stain or ot, the area should be tried first then if it doesn't come up then ask the client if they would like to try a spot remover.

Knowledgeable staff, prompt, explained everything, wore booties while cleaning. Got stains out. Best of all my carpet wasn’t soaking wet like other carpet cleaning procedures.
