The guy who did the work was awesome! Very friendly and professional! The problem is you are not set up to clean 100% of duct work. I'll be calling an HVAC company next time.
The associate who did our carpet was very professional and he did an immaculate job. He wore shoe covers and the carpet looked brand new and there was no smell when he was done. The price was on the low end and the .equipment was brand new. This is the only carpet cleaning firm that Costless Carpet would endorse because Zerorez uses nothing that will leave a smell or residue. We have another big job coming up and Zerorez gets that job. After the tile was cleaned and sealed, a greasy residue was in small and large spots around the house. We spent over $900 and then had to clean it before we could put our things back.
Our carpets were just cleaned 8 months ago. We vacuumed before Zerorez came.
After Zerorez left and the carpets dried, I vacuumed and from two rooms, both less than 200 ft, a 12 foot hallway and 7 stairs, I lifted an amazing amount of dirt. We kept it in a bag. It is not carpet fibers, it is dirt rinsed from the carpet, but not extracted. I emailed Zerorez and have heard nothing. The lack of responsiveness bothers me more than all the dirt the Zerorez process left behind.
Love that there aren't harsh chemicals used. Equally important, if not more when it comes to recommendations and use, we were really impressed with the service. Devon, our service tech, was polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He is a high character young man who promoted and represented Zerorez very well. He respectfully communicated the process and how it differs from competitors. He seemed to take pride in his work. We really appreciated that he did not try to upsell and took the time to educate us.
Zerorez is easy to schedule and they show up when promised. Their process is the BEST for cleaning carpets, even with a naughty dog in the house. Their estimated prices are valid, and options are explained in advance so there are no financial surprises when the technician finishes. I used them for about 10 years in my previous city and have been a loyal customer since they opened in the Tri-Cities.
Your company was quick to come check our site and provide a reasonable cost estimate. After scheduling, your technician (Ben) arrived as promised and worked efficiently through most of the day. He handled three floors of long hallways alone, till later in the day when I believe a co-worker arrived to assist.
Ben also handled an unexpected addition to the overall job, cleaning the carpet in a dormitory room at the site manager’s request.
After completion all the carpets look good - most notable stains are gone and everything dried quickly. Happy with service and results.

Spent $357 to eliminate pet urine odor with zero effectiveness. Absolutely no improvement in the smell. Complete waste of money.
This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned and Devan did an excellent job!!!. I have been looking to replace my carpet and a friend stopped by the day after cleaning and told me I do not need to replace my carpet.

There are still spots and some odor. Matthew
explained I would need to spend up to $400 more. Wow! Over $700 to get a carpet cleaned. Matthew was knowledgeable and friendly.
